I asked for a Carmel vanilla latte and they gave me a regular with what I’m pretty sure was spoiled milk.
Good service; long line but servers moved us through as quickly as possible.
Shoddy WiFi. Dirty tables. No non-dairy substitutes. At last (final) visit, one person only working counter & grill. (Other employee lounging in dining room.) Ten minute wait with only one couple ahead of me.
Love that there is both a sandwich shop and ice cream shop in one location. The food was good but a little pricey. Loved the ambience, too. The cozy little area with the electric fireplace was very welcoming on the cold day.
This place was great when it first opened. Then, they got new ownership. Staff is terribly under trained and runs around in chaos continually getting orders wrong. They've served me bitter coffee on numerous occasions which they've rushed brewing. I've had to wait for coffee to be brewed then they forget to bring it out. I've even had someone on their evening crew even try to hand me a cup of cold coffee as if I wouldn't notice. I was a long time customer but I'm definitely not visiting this location again! Won't be long before this place is out of business!
