We visited this store to test drive some newer vehicles. Rough start as the salesperson wanted personal information and we did not really want to give it out and be spammed with calls if we didn't like what we drove. Test drive went well and we appreciated being able to drive two different vehicles. As we spoke with the salesperson, we had questions about different trims and features. They claimed that certain vehicles did not come with certain features and that limited trim packages were available for this model year. However, we discovered that the salesperson misinformed us and was only providing information that reflected what they had in stock for their more-costly inventory. It appears they are more concerned about making their sales quotas and pushing higher-end vehicles instead of focusing on what the customer actually wants.
I wouldn't even give them one star. My sales person is great. His co workers seem great as well. The used car manager is awful, not only does he belittle his team he doesn't care for his customers concerns just their money. Wouldn't buy the last car on earth from this place if I was paid to
I can’t believe google won’t allow me to give ZERO stars this company is horrible. I just had brakes and rotors put on by a reputable place. This is why I only come for recalls. Thank you Montrose your reputation precedes you.
I spoke with Alex on the sales staff twice in the morning about a used truck. Both times he stated he checked to be sure it was still available. After driving 2 and a half hours to the dealership the staff couldn’t locate the truck. Turns out it was sent to auction that morning. I wasted 5 hours of drive time plus turnpike tolls getting to the dealership!! Highly NOT recommend!!
I would give Montrose in Hermitage 20 stars if I could . I have bought many of cars in my lifetime , but Montrose in Hermitage/PA is the BEST .. Dave Bitzer my sales person was and is the absolute BEST .. I love my Buick Encore ..
