This is the second time drama has been going on at this location.
I will not go back,very unprofessional, and I paid for nothing.
I went today at 2:30, not peak time. It was a mess. The employees should not be screaming for manager to help. I ordered a arbry classic, waited, heard several people complain, and finally left without my paid for classic. Roast beef. If manager is in control, why is "overworked employee" screaming to entire restaurant???
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Each person that I came in contact with greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello. They were patient with my special orders. I will definitely frequent them more. It certainly is much better than the service you get from the 2 McDonald's in that area.

The smell in this place is overwhelmingly disgusting. Every table in the building was dirty, there was ketchup and about 10 other things spilt on the counter behind the drink machine... instead of refilling the napkins holder they were just left open, absolutely gross!! Never will we ever return to this Arbys
